Fitness


I have an ongoing love hate relationship with TaeBo.

What do you do to get exercise and stay fit?

  1. Lately, walking the puppy has been the best thing for exercise for me... I usually walk over an hour every day (in 2 or 3 sessions). But last week I also signed up for a body blast class.

    I TRY to go to the gym and I walk to work. But you knew that already.

  3. I am waiting for the go ahead to get at it again. It will be stroller fitness and running for me.
