This picture I've had for 8 1/2 years. This page has been coming together for months. I finally sat down and finished it the other night. I like the journaling card, the big letters in the title and the stitching around the edge with the variegated blue thread...
I like the memories of this day better than the page! The red and black is too bold, I think. I do like the white stitching and the bleach stamped snowflakes. That was an experiment that went so-so - I added detail with a white pen after and that saved it a bit. Another one that's been in the works for a while but got finished the other night.
