Cut up some Broccoli into bite size pieces.
Add some Raisins and Walnut pieces. (The nuts are optional, but add flavor and texture.)
Toss it all with Coleslaw Salad Dressing, and serve.
I'm going to try a broccoli and green lentil soup recipe that I found - if it works, I'll share that too. Gotta get more of that green stuff in our diets!

Hey, my mom makes something similar. Try putting red grapes (cut in half) and celery chunks in it. It is really good.
