I mentioned a couple of weeks ago that I facilitated a scrapbooking night for the Big Sisters program here. I got supplies and made 3 simple sample pages for them to copy, thinking that if it's something you've never done, it's easier maybe to have something to copy or use as a guideline for the first time.
What was I thinking?
It was a free for all - the supplies went over great; everything was used. One girl made 13 pages. It was awesome to see the creativity and freedom these girls had in their crafting, but I was reminded that yeah, kids are sure different than adults.
